COVID-19 Information

We would like our attendees and exhibitors to know that we are closely monitoring the evolving situation around the current coronavirus outbreak.  The health and welfare of all who will be attending the 2020 Texas Haunters Convention™ is our top priority.

At this time, we are continuing as scheduled with the necessary planning and preparation for what we hope will be our best convention yet.

However, depending on the state of affairs in July, it may become necessary for us to reschedule or cancel the convention.  Rest assured that if we have to reschedule or cancel that we will offer full refunds to all attendees and exhibitors.

If you are staying at the host hotel for the convention, they are currently allowing reservations to be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival. More information is available on their website.

We care deeply about our fellow haunters and Halloween enthusiasts and hope that everyone stays safe and healthy.
