With over a decade of experience creating unforgettable experiences—from the magic of Walt Disney World to immersive product launches at Froggy’s Fog—Caitlin has built her career around connecting with people, leading high-performing teams, and turning great ideas into even greater outcomes. She started her journey in hospitality, serving in leadership roles at Walt Disney World Resort, including opening teams for New Fantasyland and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. She specialized in guest relations, resort concierge, immersive merchandise operations, and even brought pirate adventures to life at The Pirate’s League. Each role strengthened her passion for storytelling, service, and building operational excellence from the ground up.
Today, she brings that same energy to Froggy’s Fog as Business Development Manager—partnering with theme parks, family entertainment centers, and live event professionals to enhance guest experiences using world-class fog, haze, snow, and bubble effects. She collaborates across departments to develop new machines, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure our clients feel the magic in every detail.
